1. Provider

2. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts and use of the web-based Syvorex software platform. By registering or using the platform, the user accepts these terms.

3. Service description

Syvorex is a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform for AI-supported marketing content, social media content, video workflows, publishing preparation, project storage and content management.

4. User account

Use of Syvorex requires a user account. Users must provide correct information, keep access credentials confidential and must not share the account with third parties.

5. Plans and subscriptions

Syvorex offers Free, Pro and Business plans. Paid plans can be recurring subscriptions processed through Stripe. Current prices are shown on the website.

6. AI providers and generated content

Syvorex may send user-provided content to the AI provider selected by the user or included in the applicable plan. When users provide their own API key, that provider's terms and privacy rules also apply.

AI output may contain errors. Users must review accuracy, third-party rights, disclosure requirements and legal compliance before use or publication.

7. Third-party APIs

Integrations with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other services use those providers' APIs and authorization systems. Availability depends on their rules, approvals, account settings, permissions and technical services.

Syvorex does not control those providers and cannot guarantee permanent availability or acceptance of a post. Users must also comply with the terms of each connected platform.

8. TikTok API and voluntary connection

Users may voluntarily connect only their own TikTok account and must personally grant the permissions displayed by TikTok. Syvorex does not process content from other people's TikTok accounts.

TikTok data and OAuth tokens are used only for the connection, preparation and publishing flow initiated by the user. Users can disconnect at any time in Syvorex or revoke access in TikTok.

9. Publication only on the user's behalf

Publication to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or another connected service occurs only on the user's behalf and after the user's explicit action in the relevant publishing flow.

Syvorex does not publish automatically, without confirmation or to accounts the user did not connect. The user selects the content, destination account and available publishing options and remains responsible for the post.

10. User responsibility and content rights

Users confirm that they hold all required rights to text, images, video, music, trademarks and other content and that publication does not violate third-party rights, platform rules or law.

Users must not use Syvorex to copy, import or publish unauthorized third-party TikTok content. Users are responsible for any required commercial-content or AI-content disclosures.

11. Misuse and suspension

Illegal content, deception, spam, automated mass use, circumvention of security or platform controls, unauthorized account use, manipulation of API review and infringement of intellectual property are prohibited.

Syvorex may stop affected operations and temporarily or permanently suspend an account where there is a reasonable indication of misuse, a security risk or a breach of these terms or provider rules.

12. Intellectual property

Syvorex software, trademarks, interfaces and owned content remain legally protected. Users retain rights to content they upload and grant Syvorex only the limited rights needed to provide the service and carry out a publication they explicitly request.

13. Availability

Syvorex aims to provide high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, security updates, technical issues or changes to third-party APIs may temporarily limit use.

14. Liability

Syvorex is liable according to applicable legal provisions. To the extent permitted by law, Syvorex is not liable for rejection, restriction or removal of posts by third-party platforms, content approved by the user, changes to external APIs, indirect damages or loss of profit. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

15. Termination and deletion

Users may cancel a paid subscription through the provided billing portal and request account deletion at support@syvorex.com. Connected accounts can be disconnected independently at any time.

After termination, personal data and OAuth connections are deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and https://syvorex.com/data-deletion, except where legal retention obligations apply. Content already published externally remains with the platform provider and must be managed there.
