Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Syvorex prohibits all child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Content that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse (child sexual abuse material, CSAM) is also prohibited.
This prohibition applies to uploads, AI and content workflows, Creative Library content, publishing preparation and every other Syvorex feature.
Reporting concerns
Users can report suspected CSAE/CSAM content or other violations through Help & Support in Syvorex or by email to info@syvorex.com.
Do not send CSAM files by email. Describe the concern and affected Syvorex feature only as far as needed, without redistributing prohibited material.
Action on violations
When Syvorex becomes aware of a violation, Syvorex may remove affected content or stop its processing and may temporarily or permanently restrict access or accounts under the applicable rules.
Actions are assessed using the available information, the Syvorex terms and applicable law.
Cooperation and legal reporting
Where legally required, Syvorex cooperates with competent authorities or reporting bodies and reports confirmed CSAM to the body required under applicable law.
This policy does not claim automated content detection, permanent moderation or round-the-clock monitoring.
