How to request deletion of your Syvorex account data and connected social publishing data.

What can be deleted
Deletion can include your user account, saved projects, brand workspace data, generated content, publishing queue entries and connected provider metadata.
OAuth tokens for connected providers such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WordPress or Pinterest are removed from Syvorex server-side storage when the connection is disconnected or deletion is completed.
TikTok Data Deletion
In Syvorex, open Social Publishing, select the TikTok account you connected and choose Disconnect. Syvorex then removes the stored TikTok access and refresh tokens, related connection metadata and the encrypted connection cookie from the active connection.
You can also revoke access in your TikTok account settings. To delete additional TikTok-related data or your entire Syvorex account, send a request from the email address registered with Syvorex to support@syvorex.com.
Syvorex does not process content from other people's TikTok accounts. Content already published to TikTok remains in your own TikTok account and must be deleted directly in TikTok.
External platforms
Content already published to external platforms remains controlled by the respective platform account. You can remove published content directly inside those platforms.
Syvorex can remove locally stored references, metadata and tokens, but cannot delete content from external services unless the provider API and your permissions allow it.
Processing time
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as possible. Some data may be retained temporarily where required for legal, security or billing obligations.
